Gretta is a dedicated health manager with over 10 years experience in sub acute rehabilitation and medical nursing. Her experience, gained in both public and private sector, is well supported with a Masters in Health Services Management, from the University of Technology. Gretta had a successful business services career prior to nursing, and was previously a qualified Chartered Accountant.

An experienced senior clinician, her previous roles include Operational Nurse Manager and Acting Director of Nursing. She has worked across a wide variety of specialties, including Psychogeriatric Care, Aged and Chronic Care, Brain Injury Rehab and orthopaedic, neurological and cardiac rehabilitation.

Gretta is passionate about the provision of patient focussed safety and quality in healthcare, underpinned by evidence based education and development.
