Build strength, coordination and balance in our personalised falls prevention program
Our falls prevention program is designed to prevent falls and assist with recovery from any fall-related injuries.
Our individually tailored program focuses on building strength, coordination and balance while incorporating safety strategies to promote independence and reduce the risk of falls. During your stay you may attend our falls prevention group, which is designed to improve your knowledge of falls prevention strategies.
