Discharge arrangements
Our multidisciplinary team will discuss your estimated discharge date and discharge plan with you in advance to ensure you are well prepared for going home.
Discharge is between 8.00am – 10.00am. So please consider this when arranging your going home arrangements.
Before you leave the hospital, please make sure you have your:
- personal belongings
- X-rays/scans
- current medications
- follow-up appointment time or referral paperwork
Please see the reception staff before you leave to complete any discharge paperwork.
Pick up and parking arrangements
The person collecting you can park in the 15-minute visitor’s parking area, which is reserved for people dropping off or picking up patients and their belongings. Our concierge can also assist if required.
Patient transport services are also available if required. Please contact reception for more information.
