Brooke is an experienced healthcare leader with 10 years of physiotherapy experience and a background in senior clinical practice. She graduated from Macquarie University in 2016 with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree.

Her clinical experience across acute and rehabilitation hospital settings has given Brooke a deep understanding of the patient journey and the importance of delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

In her role as Allied Health Manager and Patient Flow Manager at Matilda Nepean, Brooke brings together clinical expertise, effective leadership and a strong focus on the patient experience. She enjoys working alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges, improve how care is delivered, and help ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.

Brooke leads the Allied Health team and coordinates admissions for new and prospective patients, as well as oversees discharge planning to support safe, well-coordinated transitions of care.
